How to Make a Dodol
03.46Ingredients:
- 1 kg flour sticky rice
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk (liquid )
- 2 kg of brown sugar, finely sliced
- 2 ons sugar
- 5 coconuts (thick coconut milk)
- a little bit salt
how to make:
- First, mixed 1 kg flour sticky rice, sliced ??brown sugar, 2 tablespoons coconut milk (liquid ) and a little bit salt
- Second, boiled until thick and pour the thickened milk, sugar as well.
- Third, Continue cooking until thick once (approximately 3 ½ hours)
- Fourth, Pour on top of a large winnowing previously given oil paper,
