 Ingridients :

·         4 teaspoon wheat flour          
·         2 teaspoon tapioca flour
·         ¼ teaspoon salt
·         2 stalk celery, chopped
·         2 stalk leeks, cut
·         ¼ part cabbage, chopped
·         2 eggs
·         seasoning( ½ teaspoon salt, some
 sugar, some white pepper, 2 garlic, pounded)
·         150 cc water
·         some margarine
·         some vegetable oil
  Materials :
·         spoons
·         bowls
·         plates
·         knife
·         frying pan
·         stove
·         spatulla
·         dauber
Steps :
1.       Firstly mix wheat flour, tapioca flour, a little salt, and water in a bowl. Stir them using spoon until evenly distributed. This batter will be martabak skin.
2.      Secondly beat eggs in another bowl. Add seasoning. Then add the celery, leeks, and cabbage. Stir them until mixed. This will be the content of martabak
3.      Spread frying pan with a little margarine using dauber.
4.      Put the frying pan on the gas stove. Turn on the stove on medium heat. Wait until a few second.
5.      Lift the frying pan and pour the flour mixture and flatten until the batter covered the frying pan. Then put the frying pan on the stove. Wait about 30 second.
6.      Next pour the contents of martabak on the skin of martabak then averaged. Then fold the skin to wrap the contents of martabak.
7.      Add some vegetable oil to fry the martabak. Fry the martabak until brown color.
8.      Lift the martabak and drain it.
9.      Serve simple martabak on a plate with an attractive garnish.
